Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, P.A.O. offers a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the conditions below.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, if:

  1. The size does not fit

  2. You received an incorrect item

  3. The item is damaged or defective

  4. The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original condition

 


 

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or carry odor (perfume, sweat, makeup)

  • Items damaged due to improper try-on or use

  • Missing accessories or removed hang tags

  • Sale/clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

  • Gift cards or customized items

 


 

3. Return Process

 

Step 1: Submit Request

Contact customer support at:support@paofashion.com

Provide: order number, issue description, and photos (for defective products).

 

Step 2: Review

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide the return address or further instructions.

 

Step 3: Return

Please ship the item back using secure and protective packaging to ensure there is no damage during transit.

Unless the item is defective, both the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Step 4: Refund / Exchange

  • Refund:Processed within 3–7 business days after the item is received

  • Exchange:Shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving the return

 


 

4. Additional Notes

  • Items not meeting return requirements will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • P.A.O. reserves the right of final interpretation.
